Parts Feeders
Automatic feeding, orientation and dosing of parts — at the throughput and reliability your line demands.
We design and build custom vibratory bowl feeders, linear feeders and complete part orientation and supply systems. It is a capability we have refined over more than two decades — from our days operating as TecnicoBr to today, as Axios. The secret lies in the orienting tooling: it places every part in the right position, at the right speed, without stalling production.

What we deliver
Vibratory bowl feeders with orienting tooling designed for the specific geometry of your part.
Linear feeders, vibratory tracks and transfer chutes that supply the next station at the right pace — splitting into multiple tracks when demand requires.
Selection, orientation, single-filing and rejection systems for misoriented parts, with declustering ('rompe-colônias') and supply-level control.
Part dosing and counting integrated into assembly, filling and packaging cells.
Electrical and control integration (sensors, frequency inverters) plus fine tuning with your actual part.
How it works
Part analysis
We study geometry, material, center of mass and the required throughput to define the most robust orientation principle.
Tooling design
We design the bowl and orienting tooling in CAD, accounting for selection, rejection and the required feed rate.
Manufacturing & orienting
We build the feeder and develop the orienting section ('dirigimento'): where parts are positioned inside the bowl before exit, lined up single-file and — when needed — split across multiple tracks. This is where declustering ('rompe-colônias') takes place, breaking up part clusters so each piece travels alone, correctly oriented and at the right pace.
Integration & start-up
We integrate it into your line, adjust sensors and control, and support the production ramp-up.
Results
- Continuous supply at the right pace, eliminating manual feeding and stoppages due to missing parts.
- Parts always correctly oriented, reducing jams, scrap and assembly rework.
- Tooling tailored to your part — not an adaptation of an off-the-shelf machine.
- Over 20 years of feeder-specific expertise, now at Axios.

FAQ
+ What is a vibratory feeder?
It is equipment that receives bulk parts and delivers them one by one, already correctly oriented, at the entry of your machine or line. Controlled vibration drives the parts along a helical track with tooling that selects and orients each item.
+ Do you design the tooling for my part?
Yes. Each bowl and orienting tooling is custom-designed for your part's geometry and your line's throughput — that is exactly where our 20+ years of know-how lies.
+ Can you orient parts with difficult geometry?
In most cases, yes. We analyze the part, define the orientation principle and tune it with the real part until it reaches the required rate and reliability.
+ Weren't you TecnicoBr?
The Axios team is the same one that built this vibratory-feeder expertise at TecnicoBr. We sold TecnicoBr and now operate as Axios, bringing that same engineering to our clients.
